Three different types of charges are made: Setup and Admin chargesThese represent one off fees for setting up a client account or for undertaking some administrative or maintenance function at your request. Infrastructure ChargesThese charges cover the cost of running the service. We raise a monthly charge for the number of 'simultaneous users' that are defined. Each client company that is set up on the system needs to have at least one simultaneous user and the accountancy firm will also need a number of users for their own staff. Our monthly charge does not reflect the number of users defined, only the number that are allowed to simultaneously access the system. Software Licensing ChargesIn addition any applicable software licensing charges must be met. These vary by product used and depend on the manufacturer.
